Rudys Hideaway 41 years!  We continue that outstanding tradition with our full service catering department.  Full service means we provide everything needed for a fun and stress-free event!  All buffet tables with linens and decorations, plates, cutlery, serving equipment and condiments are included in our per person pricing.  Our professional and knowledgeable staff are on hand to help serve your guests and answer any questions.

 

Our extensive culinary knowledge allows us to provide our clients with a variety of menus in a wide range of pricing.  Our event coordinator can custom design a menu to suit any taste or budget.  From buffet service, to formal dinners, theme parties to office parties and full bar service, Rudy's Hideaway Catering is available for your every catering need.

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

Fresh Romaine lettuce, garlic croutons and shredded parmesan, tossed in classic Caesar dressing.

 

SEAFOOD PASTA

Penne pasta, Bay shrimp, diced tomatoes and green onion.  Tossed in lobster cream sauce.

 

GRILLED HERB CHICKEN

Boneless, skinless marinated chicken breast topped with an Italian Bruschetta of sun dried tomatoes, capers, garlic and olive oil.

Fresh fruit, Marachino cherries, Mandarin oranges, walnuts and marshmallows tossed in Ambrosia dressing with toasted coconut.

Fresh greens tossed with diced tomato, toasted walnut and sun dried cranberries.

Real Potatoes, cream and butter and turkey gravy on the side.

BAR SERVICE

 We have a full off-site liquor license which enables us to provide you with a variety of bar services.  Bartenders are available for $25.00 per hour at a 4 hour minimum.  Cocktail Servers are available for $12.00 hour at a 4 hour minimum.  We can provide you with a hosted or non-hosted bar.  Call for details and pricing.
